I’m a seasoned therapist with over fifteen years of experience helping people learn how to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and build real confidence in how they handle life.

I’ve worked with thousands of individuals across private practice, community mental health, and educational settings. My training includes cognitive and behavioral approaches, trauma informed care, mindfulness based practices, and somatic work.

Over time, one thing became very clear:

Insight alone does not create change.

That’s why my work is structured, active, and skills based.

I don’t just listen. I teach, guide, and help people apply what actually works in real life.

This work is collaborative and direct.
If you are willing to show up, practice, and engage honestly, the results can be significant.

This work is for people who:

  • feel emotionally reactive or overwhelmed

  • spiral or shut down under stress

  • struggle with motivation or follow-through

  • want structure, skills, and guidance

  • are willing to practice between sessions

This work is not for people who:

  • want reassurance only

  • don’t want to change behavior

  • expect getting help to be passive

  • aren’t ready to engage actively

  • want someone else to do the work for them

ALL THE DETAILS:

All sessions are 75 minutes and designed to be active, focused, and skills-based.

This extended session length allows enough time to:

  • understand what is actually happening in your nervous system and behavior patterns

  • practice regulation and coping skills in real time

  • identify specific actions to work on between sessions

  • create momentum rather than starting and stopping

Sessions are collaborative and structured.
This is not open-ended processing. We work toward clarity, regulation, and follow-through.
