I’m a seasoned therapist with over fifteen years of experience helping people learn how to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and build real confidence in how they handle life.
I’ve worked with thousands of individuals across private practice, community mental health, and educational settings. My training includes cognitive and behavioral approaches, trauma informed care, mindfulness based practices, and somatic work.

All sessions are 75 minutes and designed to be active, focused, and skills-based.
This extended session length allows enough time to:
understand what is actually happening in your nervous system and behavior patterns
practice regulation and coping skills in real time
identify specific actions to work on between sessions
create momentum rather than starting and stopping
Sessions are collaborative and structured.
This is not open-ended processing. We work toward clarity, regulation, and follow-through.
